By accessing or using the Mestry's Tecnologia website ("Mestry's", "we", "our"), you ("user", "you") agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

These terms apply to general use of the site and the contact form. Custom software development services contracted with Mestry's are governed by a specific agreement, which prevails over this document in case of conflict.

Mestry's Tecnologia is a Brazilian company based in São Paulo/SP, specialized in custom software development (web, mobile, artificial intelligence, and desktop systems).

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit, via the contact form or any other channel, malicious content, spam, or false information.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access for users who violate these terms.

The content of this site (including text, brand, logo, layout, interface source code, and graphic materials) is owned by Mestry's Tecnologia or licensed to it, and is protected by applicable copyright and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Intellectual property rights over deliverables from software development projects are defined in the specific contract with each client, which prevails over this section.

By submitting information through the contact form (name, email, company, message), you represent that the data are true and that you are authorized to share them. That information will be processed under our Privacy Policy.

Personal data processing through this site follows our Privacy Policy, prepared in line with the LGPD. If you are a data subject located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or an equivalent jurisdiction, we also seek to observe the principles and rights under the GDPR, including:

• The right of access, rectification, and erasure ("right to be forgotten");
• The right to restriction of and objection to processing;
• The right to data portability;

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site updated, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee fault-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mestry's Tecnologia will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use of or inability to use this site, except in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or where liability limitation is prohibited by law, including non-waivable obligations under the LGPD, the GDPR, and the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, when applicable.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the Judicial District of São Paulo/SP are elected to resolve any disputes, with waiver of any other venue, however privileged, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights of GDPR data subjects to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.

We may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. The current version will always be published on this page, with the last-updated date highlighted at the top. Continued use of the site after changes implies agreement with the new terms.
